Mission:
Established in November of 1999, the Bioinformatics Department at Biomedical Engineering Center (BMEC), Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) is endowed with the missions of:- Advancing the science and business of bioinformatics so it becomes an important contributor to the research community.
- Supporting the bioinformatics need of other research groups and programs within BMEC such as bio-chips, pharmaceutical engineering, and etc.
